Kundalini Codes is a modality I've created infusing the right hand (self-directed) path of Kundalini Yoga & Embodiment and the left hand (surrender) path of Kundalini Energetic Activation. This is an integrated Masculine & Feminine approach to safely awakening & supporting the rise of Kundalini Shakti for accelerated spiritual healing.
Kundalini Codes is built on the foundation of Kundalini kriyas & pranayam (physical practice & breathwork) to strengthen the nervous system & initiate the body's natural clearing process for Kundalini energy to move. Kundalini Codes Embodiment is a blend of traditional Kundalini Yoga kriya practices, breathwork, mantra & intuitive movement to lead the mind, body & spirit into a ceremonial healing journey.
